02 / Construction
From Conceptto Completion.
Modern Edge provides a structured, client-centered construction process from consultation and site analysis through design, estimation, construction, finishing and handover.
The Process
Seven stages,
one continuous line.
Every project moves through the same sequence, so the client always knows which stage the work is in and what comes next.
- 01
Consultation
We start by understanding the requirement, the intended use, the timeline and the constraints of the client.
- 02
Site Analysis
The site is studied on the ground — access, orientation, soil and surroundings, along with the available documents.
- 03
Concept Design
Planning and design options are developed and reviewed with the client until the direction is agreed.
- 04
Estimation
Quantities and specifications are worked out so the cost is discussed on the basis of measured items.
- 05
Construction
Work is executed on site with supervision, sequencing and coordination between the trades involved.
- 06
Finishing
Surfaces, fixtures and detailing are completed with attention to alignment, levels and material quality.
- 07
Handover
The completed work is walked through with the client, corrections are closed and the project is handed over.
One workflow.
From drawing to delivery.
The same sequence runs through every project — each stage closes before the next one opens, and each one is documented as it is completed.

The experience
How the work is run.
Consultation, site analysis, concept design, estimation, construction, finishing and handover — carried out in that order, on every project.
- 01PlanningConsultation and site analysis come first, so the design responds to the actual site, the intended use and the client's priorities.
- 02Cost transparencyEstimation is prepared from quantities and specifications, so the cost conversation is based on measured items rather than assumption.
- 03Quality executionConstruction is carried out with supervision and sequencing, keeping structure, services and site coordination aligned.
- 04FinishingFinishing is treated as its own stage — surfaces, fixtures and detailing completed with attention to alignment and material quality.
- 05Client-centered handoverThe project closes with a walkthrough, corrections addressed and a clear handover of the completed work.
